Programs

Mom2Rise offers specialized strength programs designed to support women through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Each program is intentionally designed to build full-body strength, support the pelvic floor, and provide women with structured guidance and support at every stage of motherhood. All classes are available on demand and in-person.

  • Strengthen Your Core. Prepare for Birth.

    A prenatal strength program that blends safe cardio, posture work, and targeted core and pelvic floor training to support a smoother pregnancy and prepare your body for labor. Stay active with intention while protecting the muscles that matter most.

    • 10 sessions (60 minutes each): $240

    • Single class: $29 per class

  • Reconnect. Restore. Rebuild.

    A guided recovery program designed to support your body’s natural healing process after birth. Through targeted core and pelvic floor activation, posture work, and progressive strengthening, you rebuild stability, confidence, and long-term function.

    • 10 sessions (60 minutes each): $240

    • Single class: $29 per class

  • Train the Deep Muscles That Matter.

    Focused strength training that restores and maintains the deep core muscles weakened during pregnancy. Improve posture, joint stability, and movement control while building a strong foundation for everyday life and future athletic goals.

    Progressive strength training that helps you safely return to higher-impact movement. Rebuild endurance, coordination, and pelvic floor support so you can run, jump, lift, and compete with confidence.

  • Personalized Support for Your Unique Body.

    One-on-one sessions are designed for women experiencing pelvic floor weakness, incontinence, or prolapse symptoms. Following a detailed assessment, you receive a customized plan and hands-on guidance to restore control, stability, and strength.

    • $71 per 60-minute session

  • Expert Guidance From Home.

    Train with purpose on your schedule through structured online versions of BabyBump, Postpartum, and ongoing strength programs, all designed to support your pelvic floor and full body safely and effectively.

    • $23 per month
